All Seasons Even Holidays

These prices include cleaning upon check-out minus the kitchen

$150 a night (2 nt. min.)

6 nights $775 (weekly rate $129 nt.)

Extra nights after a 6 night stay are $129 a night

Holidays may require a + minimum night stay depending how the holiday falls.

Extras

A 10% occupancy tax as mandated by the city will be added to your nightly rate.  Credit cards (MC, Visa, Amex, Disc) are processed through PayPal.  I do not receive any of your CC information.  You will receive an invoice from PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required.  A $100.00 refundable key/kitchen cleaning deposit is required.  I will now only accept CC due to fraudulent scams that have been an issue in the past.  This is safer for me and you.  I will accept a personal check for your key/kitchen deposit.
